I Love NY

Guess What!! I am super excited to be going to New York. I just booked my flight for September. I know its a couple of months from now but I am so happy! I went a couple of years ago and I loved it. I loved the city, the nightlife, the food, the people, the diversity, the open-mindedness, just the culture in general and of course all the places I was able to visit.

I stayed with my cousin for two weeks and she took me to so many places. We went to Central Park, the Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, Time Square and a couple of museums as well. We also had Colombian food, Peruvian food, Thai Food and the best Paella and Sangria.

Even though we didn't have enough time to go to all the places she wanted to show me I had the best time and have been wanting to go back ever since. This time I am going back with my boyfriend. I can't wait for September to get here! One of the things I can't wait for is the nightlife, my cousin took me to a club where they had Salsa music and I had the time of my life. My boyfriend and I both enjoy dancing Salsa and Bachata and we are both looking forward to dancing in NYC.

I brought this top back home as a souvenir from New York. I was so excited about my trip that I had to wear it today. I loved the burn-out style of it; I hardly ever wear it because its a little longer than I like it, but nothing a side knot can't fix. Since I was going to be walking all day I went for a casual and comfortable look.

These black distressed jeans are one of my favorite jeans. I like that they are very stretchy which makes them super comfortable to wear all day long specially when you are going to be active. They don't really stretch out much when they wear because they have so much elasticity. I also love the fit and that they are mid-rise. They are by the brand Blue Age Denim and I got them from Roperito Boutique. I have been sharing a lot of items from these boutique because since I work there I do get a lot of their clothes.

I believe that a good denim jacket is always a must in my closet. I didn't really need to wear a jacket but I felt like it completed my outfit. This is a very old jacket I don't remember where I got it but I will share the brand below. I love that its short in the back and a bit longer in the front. I liked it so much that I got this one that is distressed and one that is not distressed in a slightly darker shade of blue. Yes I am that person that gets items I like in all the different colors I can find, don't judge me :P.

Outfit details will be below. I hope you have an amazing night , I am off to work out.
